Noble House

Noble House is a 10-bed, 24-hour congregate living program for both Spanish and English speaking men age 18 and older. Noble House offers comprehensive support services staffed by bilingual and bicultural personnel. 

Services Provided

  • Case management

  • Referral for treatment programs

  • Referral and support for medical services 

  • Permanent housing 

  • Links to the recovering community

 

The average length of stay is 18 months; however, residents may stay longer if needed. Candidates can be referred to Noble House by any provider in the state of CT, including, Hospitals, FQHCs, Department of Corrections, detox programs or residential and outpatient programs for mental health or substance abuse.

 

The eligibility criteria for these services are:

  • Documented HIV Diagnosis.

  • Homelessness/Risk of Homelessness.

  • Diagnosis of Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse.

  • Demonstrated motivation to be in recovery.

  • Male, age 18 and over.

  • Medicaid (LIA) coverage or Medicaid
