Dr. Melissa Radhay, EdD, LMFT

Chief Executive Officer

Since 2004, Dr. Melissa Radhay, EdD, LMFT, has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Chemical Abuse Services Agency (CASA), a community-based behavioral health organization providing substance use and mental health services to individuals, families, and communities throughout Connecticut.

With more than 20 years in behavioral health, Dr. Radhay began her career in 2004 as a case manager. Over time, she has held progressive leadership roles, gaining extensive experience in behavioral healthcare administration, clinical operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership. Dr. Radhay earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Psychology and Technology with a specialization in Instructional Design, along with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

As Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Radhay is committed to strengthening CASA’s effectiveness as an organization, supporting and developing its workforce, and expanding access to quality behavioral healthcare. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. She is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive through access to compassionate, high-quality behavioral healthcare, regardless of background or ability to pay. She believes care should be free of stigma and that individuals and families should be met with dignity, respect, and compassion.
