CASA, Inc. is a private, nonprofit community-based behavioral health organization serving Connecticut since 1987. We provide culturally and linguistically responsive substance abuse use and mental health services for individuals, families and communities.
Our programs reflect the lived experiences and strengths of the communities we serve - Latino, African-American, LGBTQ+ and other groups who have long been underserved.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive - together.

Our Mission
The mission of Chemical Abuse Services Agency, Inc., better known as CASA, is to provide holistic and culturally competent community-based behavioral health services to individuals, families and communities seeking recovery from addiction, co-occurring disorders and related behavioral health issues.
The organization utilizes recovery oriented approaches and evidence-based practices to develop services and operational strategies toward accomplishing this mission.
