CASA Hostos Day Treatment

CASA Hostos Day treatment is provided as a continuum of care or as primary treatment intervention to Spanish speaking residents of the greater Bridgeport area who may be poor, unemployed or underemployed. Day Treatment is a structured, non-residential service providing no less than four hours per day, five days per week, of clinically intensive programming to clients, based on individualized treatment plans. The program offers culturally centered, diagnostic and therapeutic rehabilitation services with access to psychiatric, medical, auricular acupuncture and laboratory services. Therapies include individual and group therapy sessions and psycho-educational groups. These services are designed for individuals who have recently been discharged from a higher level of care or whose admission into inpatient can be prevented.
